These terms cover services provided by Skyline Weddings. By booking or using our services you agree to them.

Pricing & estimates

Prices shown on this site are starting points; we confirm pricing with you before any service begins.

Appointments

Requests sent through this website are inquiries, not confirmed appointments, until we contact you to confirm. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. If you're not happy with a completed service, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right — redo it where reasonable, or refund the service charge. Products opened or used are non-refundable.

Event dates & deposits

Date reservations are confirmed by signed agreement and deposit. Deposit and cancellation terms are stated in your event agreement — ask us for a copy before booking.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
