1. Using this site
This website is provided for demonstration. The quote builder produces ballpark estimates only and forms no contract. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer of service or a guaranteed price.
2. Quotes & estimates
Any figure shown by the quote builder is an indicative range. In a real studio, a firm quote would be confirmed in person after inspecting the vehicle. Prices, timeframes and availability would be subject to that inspection.
3. Appointments
The booking form is illustrative and does not reserve a real slot. A live studio would confirm appointments directly and may ask to reschedule where workload or parts availability requires it.
4. Workmanship warranty
A working studio would back its labour with a written warranty covering defects in the work performed. Parts would carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Normal wear, misuse, or damage from third parties would fall outside that cover.
5. Refund policy
For a real studio operating under terms like these, the refund approach would be:
- Deposits. Any deposit taken to schedule larger work (such as a wrap) would be refundable up to 48 hours before the booked date. Inside 48 hours, the deposit may be retained to cover materials already ordered and reserved bay time.
- Completed work. If a completed job does not meet the agreed scope, we would re-do or correct it at no charge first. Where a fix is not possible, a fair partial or full refund of the affected labour would be issued.
- Parts. Special-order and custom parts (e.g. cut vinyl, bespoke wheels) are generally non-refundable once ordered or installed, in line with the supplier's policy.
- How to request. Refund requests would be raised in person or by phone within 14 days of collection, and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Because this is a concept demo, no payments are processed and therefore no refunds apply in practice.
